How to Proceed?
What to do prior to mastering? |
||
| 1) Make sure you have read our Frequently Asked Questions. This covers most of the things you need to know before you send off your work to be mastered.
2) Ensure you advise us if there are to be any changes in the running order of the tracks you provide us with. Please let us know if any tracks are to be cut in length or faded etc. We usually allow a 2 second gap between tracks (sometimes longer for slow tempo tracks). Let us know if you have any specific requirements. Please label your work clearly. 3) If possible keep a backup copy of your work. If not, we would suggest sending your project via insured postage. In the UK, we would suggest Royal Mail Special Delivery. 4) Contact us, and we will provide you with the address to forward your material to. 5) Upon receipt of our details, you can forward your material to us - no payment need be sent at this time. 6) When we receive your tracks, we will start to work on them asap (often the same day). We will prepare a demo MP3 file for you to download from a link sent to you by email. This will allow you to compare the original track with the newly mastered version. At this stage you are under no obligation, and we will not proceed unless you are 100% happy with the end result. 7) Once we receive the OK from you, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the final amount. You will then be directed to PayPal's secure servers where you may pay in Pounds, Dollars or Euros using any major Credit or Debit Card in 100% safety. See Our Charges for details. 8) When Paypal confirm payment, we will commence working on the remaining tracks, keeping you updated via email. We aim to get your masters out to you asap - our reputation depends on a swift, high quality service. |
